02.05.23 SD County Proclaims "APHF Day"

After a few months since the last ACCESS outreach, APHF hosted another outreach event at the ACCESS Community Market. We had a multitude of volunteers sign up, and we would like to thank everyone who participated! 

We would also like to thank the LiveWell San Diego initiative and San Diego County for swinging by ACCESS Community Market to commemmorate APHF's years of service to the San Diego community. To honor APHF and the organization's work, San Diego County proclaimed February 5th as "APHF Day"!
