VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS
Core Volunteer Program
Open to Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, College Graduates. *Must be over 18 years of age*
The Core Volunteer Program opportunity allows students to rotate between a variety of screening and education stations (hypertension and obesity, vision health, diabetes/cholesterol, hepatitis B, health knowledge assessment and consultation) at different outreaches.
Graduate Volunteer Program
Open to Students in Graduate Programs such as Public Health & Health Professions (Medical School, Nursing School, PA School, Nutrition, etc...)

The Graduate Volunteer Program opportunity allows volunteers to work more closely in the screening and education stations. Grant writing opportunities are also available. Leadership roles or consultant roles will be assessed and offered upon completion of trainings.
Medical Interpreter Program
Open to current APHF Volunteers and anyone from APHF Partner Organizations.
*Must be over 18 years of age*

The Medical Interpreter Program offers the opportunity to assist patients during clinical outreaches by facilitating patient-provider dialogue and insuring patient understanding and comfort.
Leadership Opportunities
All volunteers are able to apply for a Leadership Role!
